Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the date received.
Return Procedure:
Request by e-mail prior to returning any item. Once authorized, please include all receipts or printed email confirmation, and original packaging supplies in the box and please insure the contents prior to sending the items as we are not liable to any items lost in the post. No shipping charges will be refunded. Failure to do so may result in denying the return or charging a higher restocking. Any damage claims must be submitted to us via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the package. We highly recommend that you inspect the package as soon as you get it as we strictly enforce the timetable.
Shipping Methods:
We usually ship within 48 Hours of receiving an order. Since we deal with handmade items and special handling may be required it may take up to 15 days to ship. Plan to receive your order 2-3 weeks from the day you place your order. If you have a question or concern about delivery times please feel free to email or call us. If we are able to accommodate your request by fast-tracking your order or by choosing a faster shipping method we will certainly do so. Extra shipping charges will apply. We usually ship our items via DHL, Royal Mail, or any other carrier of our choice. The choice of carrier is at our discretion. Note to customers outside the UK: Even though we carry handmade goods which usually carry low- to- no duties in many countries, you may want to contact your country’s tax authorities to determine if there are any import duties levied on these products.

The wholesale corner is designed for sales made in bulk. The price is agreed prior to it appearing on the website and is made to suit individuals' needs and requirements. All you need to do is send us an email with the quantity that you require of any product and we will agree a wholesale price with you and automatically add it to this corner to enable you to purchase the items at the agreed discounted price. Discounts must be approved by our Sales' Manager prior to any purchase being made. The Sales' Manager reserves the right to revoke or deny a discount.
